Brussels Caprese Pizza Bagel- Pizza bagel with garlic infused oil, ricotta, brussels sprouts, basil, and a balsamic glaze. February, 2020

Chicken and Onion Curry- Curried onions emulsified with chicken stock, spices, and a dash of greek yogurt. Served on a bed of spiced rice with a side of curry roasted vegetables. Garnished with Lemon juice and cilantro.
